Has anyone been tried and found guilty of war crimes at the new International Criminal Court? If so Who?

I am not asking about the war crimes court in the Hague, but the international court set up in approx. the year 2000. The court that the USA did not recognise. I only ask because Blair did sign up to it, and when he leaves power, is there any chance at all that he could be made to stand trial for his part in lying our nation to war?
