Im only about 60 points off, and im excited, which is pathetic because all i expect will happen is it will say 'your at level 3'

You get to start working towards Level 4...
Click on your picture in the upper left of the screen
Look on the right side of the screen and it will have a link that says "Tell me more"
Click on the link and it will tell you what happens at each level, how many points you need for the next level, etc.

You automatically get pushed to level 4--unless you are randomly selected by Yahoo!® Answers to stay in level 3. Yup, 1 in 50,000 users are selected to stay in level 3 and work for their points to level 4.
I bet you $50 you get randomly selected. =D
