Airline Travel to Canary Islands from U.S. West Coast or from Switzerland to Canary Islands.

Flying from the west coast of the US to the Canaries won't be possible without a few changes of planes. Your best bet is flying on Iberia so you can at least stay with the same carrier. Fly into Madrid then take a smaller plane from there. But flying from Switzerland you'll still have to make one or two stops. Air France, Iberia and British Airways, and Spanair all fly from Switzerland to Spain if you're flying from Geneva. Or try flying out of Zurich and you can take Swissair or Luftansa.
