i am trying to lose weight/get fit. I am running 4 times a week for 30 minutes, and i am going to build on that. I want to start lifting weights also.

I have no experience with this, so i really need help!
I have weights, they are 5, 10, and 20 pounds.

10 points to anyone who can tell me...

*how to lift
*a schedule
*what areas to work on

in an easy, understandable way...

This is really a question more for parents who have older kids, not babies... but all comments are appreciated!
I was wondering if your relationship with your spouse/sig. other has strengthened or sort of diminished after having kids? Some say that their relationship was strengthened by a baby, others not so much?
Any thoughts?

my mother does not like my boyfriend at all, she told me that she hates him. I try and ask her why she don't like him and why she always disrespecting him. it got so bad to the point when we almost broke up because of her. 4 years it been nothing but hell with her and she still acts like that towards him. We are about to have our first child and I dont want her to be acting like that when are child is growing up, and not only that I don't want her to brainwash our child by making her not like her own father. How should I really break it down to her?

and well some of it was not specially true but i did not kno that any one was listening and then when i walked outside this guy was like so who were you talkin to...do you think he heard every thing we said? we were all at the library and most of the time we were quit except some time when we got a little loud. and he was studying. do you think he is goin to tell every one?

I have a 1997 olds aurora and out of nowhere the front tire started makin this loud noise.. like a rubbing noise but its not rubbing anything. its worse when i turn right but not as bad when i turn left and not at all when goin forward. My powerstearing if fine.. What else should i be looking 4?

we have been together since june 4th and we just clicked like that.. i love him and he loves me.. nobody thinks we should be together and its getting to the point where my parents and his dont want us talking at all.... I just read the featured question about what life would be like if there was no poverty and education for all, and when someone answered "Then who would work at McDonald's or do our nails" I was very offended. Those jobs are respected because at least, from what we can assume since they work, they have pride in their work.

i had a really really really light color blood for about two days.. and then after few months i got a regular color blood and now i don't have a period.. i don't think i ever had a REAL period. what's wrong? and my friends all have period.. am i just a person who's just having a period realy eally late.. or what? i never had sex or anything .
