well i m just saying how does that work?
i heard people saying your body balances itself, like if you lose some weight, every area on your body will become a bit less fat
i m doing weight-lifting for 2 weeks now (still a dummy), and i m trying to balance my thigh and belly fat, cuz thats the only two places i think i have excessive amount of fat.
doing all the crunches and lifting doesnt seem helping, or do i have to do it for a really really really long time to see some results?
