Looking for name of a Top 40 brass instrumental hit from November, 1979 (playing on Top 40 stations in SoCal)?

It's not from Herb Alpert. This tune played on the Top 40 stations regularly between Sept through December of 1979. It prominently features heavy brass, particularly at the beginning of the song. I'm going nuts trying to remember/locate/name the tune.

Yep, it could be Chuck Mangione, that is a beautiful song!!!
