I have had three jobs working with 99% women at each job and I always thought they gossip so much.. But now, I have a job working with almost all men, and I can't believe how bad they are! I just think it's kind of funny because they are always making fun of us women for it when I think they are just as bad? What do you think?

Men are definitely worse. They think that women gossip a lot so it's ok for them to do so. Which in reality they do it more. I've worked with men and women and I can also compare. Women spend more time talking about their problems than just plain gossips.

Some people will do whatever they can to impress others. Yes, I've heard men gossip. Men can gossip just as much as women.

I have worked in an office of women and it was gossip all the way. They can be malicious too! Guys are into sports and cars and trucks ,games, hunting, fishing, motorcycles and NASCAR. Now that I live in a retirement complex (130 tenants) the women sit in the lounge and gossip all day long. They have their nose in everyone's business and what they don't know, they make up. The men in the building sit outside and whittle or shoot pool or stay in their apartments and watch TV and movies. WOMEN ARE THE GOSSIPERS!!!!!

I think that women like to talk more so overall they gossip more but men gossip also. Men act more like naughty little boys when they do so rather than adults.

i think that men gossip as much as women. some more and some less. i remember when i was about 18, my brother was 22 and we used to talk about days of our lives a lot. he also spent more time on the phone and did gossip more than me. so i guess that it just depends on the person

Women, no question. In my experience, men spend more time talking about sports or TV, while women spend more time talking about other women behind their backs.
