Since there are a lot of possible variables, here's my situation. I'm not planning on dying, just trying to figure how much life insurance I should have and what I can do ahead of time.
Single. Live with both parents. No dependents.
10k student loans
10k ING savings
10k stocks
2k IRA
2k credit card debt
4k car in my name

So far I've learned on Sallie Mae.com that student loans are eligible for discharge upon death. Good reason not to pay them off when you have a nice 3% interest rate.
Now, I'd like my parents to be able to just take my car, savings/checking accounts (they have the same bank), Roth IRA, and stocks in the event of my death. How can I allow them to do that?
Which of my debts become null? And what accounts can they claim without any effort? What can I do to make things easier for them? Also, how do taxes come into effect.

it never was the greatest past time it was the cheapest and still is the cheapest past time. why are MLB tickets so freaking cheap? cuzz people go to the stadiums to hook up, talk shiit and take naps..
baseball needs to retire from the sports scene cuzz it just doesn't attract people anymore. do you acutally watch the whole 9 or 10 whatever innings? geez...

I slipped in it the other day. I have a big,painful bruise where i landed ,full weight, on one knee. The woman didn't even try to help me up,ask if I was ok, or anything. She lies and says the neighbors dog does it, and we all know it is her son. She has 2 other kids and a baby that has CP, and the way she treats the baby and plops her around is appalling. I was visiting her and I watched,horrified,as he pulled his underwear off, & peed. She did yell at him,and cleaned it up. I had reported her to the office,as if I have to pay my rent,and follow the rules,so does she. He had peed again. I was visiting her,I slipped in it,and fell. The next morning,I went to the office to report her. She got a warning,and she yelled at me, in front of the office manager in our parking lot.The manager got mad at her,and now the apts. thinks I am a trouble maker. Am I? The woman is young (26) and an alcoholic,and she had almost no friends. I felt sorry for her which is why i befriended her.

I have a bad feeling about my brother's friend, but my brother is so into him it's hard to even think about approaching the topic with my bro. what should i do. i think the guy is a gold digger and exerts too much influence on my bro's life. my bro is older than i am, and still sees me as his lil sis (that helps!)
