There are two issues here: 1) although the risk is lower than having had intercourse, all it takes is one sperm getting into the vagina to swim up and get a girl pregnant; and 2) I believe that a 12 y.o. cannot legally give consent to have sex in any state. I live in Texas and the age of consent is 14.
It sounds like you are very concerned about your friend. Also, you seem to need to talk to someone about sex. I would recommend talking to your mom about this. I am really concerned that your friend is putting herself at risk for getting pregnant and also for STDs or HIV/AIDS. Also, I remember being 12 and I can attest that I wasn't ready for sex nor was I ready to make such a huge decision.

First of all tell your friend to leave the boy alone until she is older. But no she can not that way. Tell her not to let the boy use her, that is all they want. Your body is the most perious and valuable thing you will ever have, do not let the boys take that a way from you. The best thing you could ever do is say no and make them wait

I hate it when I hear about such young kids doing things like this. first has she started her periods yet not all girls age 12 have. also did he have any sperm around at the time. If you say yes to both of these then yes she could get pregnant but I would hope not.

if she had period already then she is ready to get a baby. But if she is a child yet, then is no "danger". But if that boy had sperm in that "moment of the game" 50%-100% for pregnancy. shortly.. if the sperm get inside maybe u friend is pregnant, but no sperm=no pregnancy.

It is possible if the head was actually touching her vagina... but it's rare. I think your "friend" needs to go home and play with her dolls. She's too young to be doing that stuff.

VERY small chance she'll get pregnant... but that doesn't mean that she won't catch an STD from that action. Crabs, Genital Herpes and Genital Warts are all possibilities.

If she has gotten her period she can get pregnant. The boy has to ejaculate for her to get pregnant though.

as long as you have your menstruation at any age, when you had sex, there is 98% (VERY BIG) possibility of getting pregnant.
