Some might say Monster Cable, but that's the easy way to answer. However, although Monster is perhaps the most well known for higher performance cables, there are better cable brands out there, and some of them are even less expensive.
My choice to match your criteria is DH Labs. A high value, high qualitly product.

IMO component is more demanding than HDMI/DVI-D. Component is analogue while HDMI/DVI-D is digital. Quality of cable, connectors, etc is therefore critical to component signals, while digital signals, basically, either work or don't. The main concern with HDMI/DVI-D should be the connectors and quality of construction ... but all the hype about wire is marketing.
Monster Cables are in my view good cables, but highly overpriced. The idea of spending $100-$200 for a digital cable is, at least for lengths under 10-15 m, totally unnecessary. An Internet search for A/V cable will quickly identify multiple sources which list 1-2 m HDMI cables in the $15-20 range (e.g. http://www.bluejeanscable.com/index.htm which is a certified assembler). For most uses these will give indistinguishable results form a Monster cable costing 10x the price.
Expect to pay 2-3X the price of HDMI for the equivalent length of quality component cable.

Belkin Pure AV rely on some of the technologies developed for the monster M series at a fraction of that price. There is no one great answer for this question. But I have used many of the middle brands of cables such as IXOS (high failure), audioplex (good cables but not impressive "looking" for your friends to see ;) acoustc research (junky feeling), and fee that for the $ belkin PureAV silver series specifically is a great choice, they are relatively new to market.

do not purchase into that Monster Cable CRAP!!!! I make my own factor cables out of coax, and positioned suitable next to a television with Monster Cables, they're precisely the identical. in simple terms get a superb cable with some clean RCA information and you'd be advantageous. follow the Rocketfish!
