Drop the friends part and you'll find that it becomes a lot easier. Just see them on the weekends to hang out an what not.

This is basically Time Management.
You allocate time for various activities and follow it properly. Keep a record and timetable and follow it up.
Play and take up a hobby. All work and no play is wrong.

Easy prioritize, schedule and leave out what is not necessary. I am sure your family understands you should be studying. Friends are for when you have some free time.

This is just getting you ready for the real life. If you think it is busy now... wait until you have a job, kids, your kids life, your life, and your husband's life. If you can't manage now, you know you are not ready for the adult world!

why don't you make a schedule of when to do your homework when to meet your friends. family doesn't have to be in your schedule because they should be number one.
