Contrary to popular belief, the 'Magna Carta' is not a document that ensures democracy to the people of England. In fact it is the opposite. It was drawn up by foreign invaders of the country who started to rule over the English people. It is in no way a Constitution, since a Constitution is made by the people themselves. A Constitution is not made by lords, kings, or rulers, but by the general public. Therefore, is it true that, in fact, England has never had a Constitution other than that foisted on them by ruling elites ?

like science diet, eukanuba, etc... compared to "regular" dog food like purina dog chow, kibbles n bits, etc... Ive heard there is no difference in the health benefits in the more expensive food. my sis and i are close, but she does not have one friendly or compassionte bone in her body. She is sarcastic, judgemental, and very hurtful at times without even realizing it! So hard that you've left the business, or are thinking of leaving the business? Out here in Chicagi, agents are leaving the biz left and right, esp.the ones who got in the game the last few years, and the older ones on the verge of retirement anyway...good news-in 1.5 to 2 years, the field will be cleared out again...bad news-everything will prob be web-based at that point on Craig's list type
sites. Point is, the business was on its way out anyway, just
like travel agencies and floor-based stock-brokers. You very well just saw the last hurrah of old-fashioned agency, like a supernova
before it burns out and extinguishes. Definitely time for these
agents to go back to their old desk jobs or school. Many here
are panicking, and dropping commissions so low that they are close to PAYING sellers to list. I'm being only slightly facetious on that last point, as some out here are charging 300$ for a full-service listing. Funny what starvation will do to commissions!

I believe it should be. The teens and roaring 20's are a time for exploration of oneself and a person will miss out on a lot when they get married at a young age. It is a time to pursue education and/or start a career. It is a time to try different things and relish in the buffett table that life has to offer. Young people are usually not mature enough to understand all of the responsibilities that a marriage involves. They go in with false expectations and end of unhappy wondering what life would be like if they had experienced more in their young life. Agree or disagree?

Well firstly, I would like to know about the public school issue, I currently have an 8 year old and an infant.
Secondly, is the job situation is it as good as it looks statistically. Thirdly, not gonna lie I live in and for most of my life have lived in predominately middle-class african-american neighborhoods, what is the ratio of african-americans to caucasians like?
Also, this is a pretty big area, and clues on which neighborhoods might be best.
Oh, one more thing I am also interested in opening a daycare upon my arrival, anyone know of any daycare starved areas? All of your help is greatly appreciated
