It depends - most people equate France with only its capital city of Paris, but there are many nice places. Nice is pretty nice. Marcie isn't bad.
In Paris, I liked the Louvre. I have been up the Eiffel tower 20x's now so it is not big deal - kind of like going to the top of the WTC (before 9/11) and the Empire State Building (once you have done it - it is boring to do it again).
The Riviera is nice as well.
