I'm using Windows XP SP2. Some problems occured. As a result I need to install windows xp sp2 again. Please tell me step by step how to install or reinstall it again.

try system restore, when you installed sp2 your computer made a restore point.

go to window update...scan for update...choose sp2...download.

If it doesn't come up as an update, just do a search within the windowsupdate place and you'll find it.
