Get them free from demonic influence

2Corinthians 4
3.But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4.In whom the god of this world (THE DEVIL) hath BLINDED THE MINDES OF THEM WHICH BELIEVE NOT, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

This is why it is so hard to get a point across to them no matter how valid or true, and many of them often lash out with cynical remarks and claim Christians are brainwashed, irrational idiots, and claim the Bible is a man made mythological fairy tail, and yet they believe in a theory that has never truly been proven, and in essence believe our ancestors are single celled blobs and primates.

They have been blinded and deceived

Revelation 12:

9.And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the DEVIL, and Satan, which DECEIVETH THE WHOLE WORLD :he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

This will be absurd to Atheists

Because…

Corinthians 2

14. But the NATURAL MAN (carnal) receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are FOOLISHNESS UNTO HIM: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

I need a cure for all the bible thumpers. Quit quoting the bible and think for yourself. You also need to quit spewing your venom of hated and judgement.

you are joking right, if you are not then you are either a demented sicko or a religous fundalist.

there is no proof that the bible is Gods word. I cant be bothered explaining it to you properly. this is it in brief. some time ago (from the time of moses). these books were written with the knowledge they knew then and with outside influences. These were written as books to give them their history and their law(by them I mean the israelites).
Jesus was probably an actual person but his teachings might have been corrupted to make him a God among men.

you said:

let me say it in a differant way:
"This is why it is so hard to get a point across to them no matter how valid or true, and many of them often lash out with cynical remarks and claim Atheists are brainwashed, irrational idiots, and claim evolution is a man made mythological fairy tail, and yet they believe in a theory that has never truly been proven, and in essense believe that we were created in a week by a supreme divine being"

I just don't think this is the way to reach someone who does not believe in God. Postings like this only deter people from believing and run them in the opposite direction. I think a kinder approach or well thought up conversation conveying your beliefs would work better. That is something that has kept me from many churches. I don't want to be preached AT I want to be informed and feel that I go to the Church for motivation and spiritual healing not to feel like a horrible person and a sinner. It just sounds like a lot of lectures when you throw verses at others .. find a new way to reach out.

Please read 2nd Timothy. There is no use in us wasting our time trying to reach these people. I used to think I could say something to make them re-examine their beliefs. Chapter 2, Verse 22-26 says: Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righeousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle to all men, apt to teach, patient, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. We need to concentrate on those that have a desire to be saved.

The only Demon I see here is Judgement and pride. Yours...

Atheists are doing what they are supposed to and even though you never know when you are going to die and therefore should make some sort of relationship with your maker before that time... God say's to test the spirits and use your wisdom.

Everyone has different ways of internalizing their existance. Science is only one part of a bigger equation and if and when the indivisual atheist is meant to come to understand that is predetermined and will happen all on its own with or without YOUR influence.

Could it be possible that it's bible thumping christians like YOU that turn atheists off to God?

Doing what you do, is like trying to explain the principals of fire to a mother who just lost their child to it... Why would you and if you must... couldn't you be a little less ferocious? I don't think that Jesus sat on the outskirts of the towns he preached to and jumped people and held them down and screamed at them that they have demons and need to be saved... If I remember corectly, he went abuot His way in peace and love and the demons came to HIM!...

Please... Don't be so ignorant. in anyone's name, especially not Jesus... I hear He doesn't like it much?

There should be a law against people stroking their ego's in public.

PROVE they have been blinded and deceived and that you haven't. "which deceiveth the whole world"... strange how Christianity is the largest religion in the world right now.... the Wide Road, so to speak.

Honestly though, why are you sooooo worried about what other people believe? Are you that stressed out that someone, somewhere might be having fun?

And I hope you realize that you have to PROVE what you say... not just expect people to accept it because you said so.

ok, I believe in God and hate to say this but your taking a lot of stuff out of context and the third verse used as you did basically comes across as none of us can be saved, be us christian, atheist, or pagan. We have no chance. We are all "under demonic influence" If we are all decieved than so are you, aren't ya? Try the verse " judge not lest ye be judged" have faith that God has a plan even for atheists. God gave us the freedom to choose knowing that we would make mistakes.

Atheist means more like this. Not convinced their is a God or gods. Science has evolution and lots of religous people believe the evolution theory is the best one out there.
You will find it hard to get your point across to us when what you say makes no sense. You sound confused about some words. You still maybe be correct with some things that you believe, you just need to say them clearly, so the communication is not corrupted.

Atheism is neither a disease nor a cure.Atheists are just as human as the rest of us.The Bible is not some mythological fairy tale made up to scare people.

First of all I'd like to know why you want to "cure" athiests in the first place? As far as I know, Christianity is about tolerance, as in tolerating other people's differeing belief systems, whatever they may be. Don't forget that Christianity started as a sect some 2500 years ago. As an athiest I am still open-minded when it comes to religions and have friends who follow several different faiths. Perhaps the question you should be asking is "how do we cure bigots?"

Sounds like you have yourself evaluation done already:

"Christians are brainwashed, irrational idiots, and claim the Bible is a man made mythological fairy tail, and yet they believe in a theory that has never truly been proven, and in essence believe our ancestors are single celled blobs and primates."

The only thing I can add is your morbid fear of mortality.
