How can you possible tell if a girl is a virgin or not by looking at her. Isn't that very judgemental of you to even say that. Just because a girl dress a certain way doesn't mean a thing. I know a girl who wears tight clothing and lots of make up but she isn't a whore or slut. Although, it makes her look extremely grown-up but no you can't at least thats my opinion. I mean can you tell if a guy is a virgin by his appearance? No
