In America I work out about 5 days a week at the gym, but starting this fall I'm going to school at Jouchi daigaku, in Tokyo, Japan and I'm staying in nishi kokubunji. I know my way around shibuya and meguro-ku and chiyoda pretty well, but I haven't been there in a few years. Does anyone know if there is a fitness center or weight room of any kind in that area???

PLEASE I NEED ADVICE! 10 POINTS 4 the best answer?

Its been 2 years since I have had a friend apart from my sister in law or hubby. I'm a stay at home mom of a 17 month old and I am pretty busy but I would like to make some friends who have kids my sons age. I'm really shy and I'm nervous about going out to meet new people because its been so long. My husband tries to get me to be friends with his friends wives but none of them have kids and they still drink and stuff. I'm scared to meet new people because I don't know what I would talk about apart from my son. I don't go out all that much. I'd really like to go out sometimes and do stuff with a friend my own age who has kids. Any suggestions?

What are some suggesting to keep my 10 month to sleep throughout the night?

I put my son down to sleep at 9pm and let him cry himself to sleep. Around midnight, he wakes up and put him in my bed to nurse and falls asleep with us in our bed. But he wakes up occasionally. I'm thinking he is a light sleeper considering I am as well.

Do you want to live with the atheists as your only hope........?

That alone is depressing...to live and believe that there is NOONE OUT THERE...that you are totally alone.... Do you want to think that way ? or live that way ? What if you get sick ? Do you want your only help to be their " happy thoughts " they send to you when trouble hits ur life ? Their happy thoughts wont get you anymore than a Sesame Street mental thing where you deceive urself into thinking you will " will " ur way out of it. They say, " live for the moment "..then why do most of them that I know live angry, depressed, vengeful ? Read back on my questions and you will see the nastiest things said by them. They will be on this question 2... Is that what you want to live and die with ? No hope and Elmo happy thoughts ? Or how about a real and living God...? I saw Him...Jesus...he healed me of cancer and sadness and saved my life...

Is this true?

I heard that when it comes to good sounding bass, it really helps if all your stuff(subs, amp, and head unit/receiver) are the same brand. I didn't really buy it, until i heard my friend's system, he has all Dual brand stuff, and it sounds phenomenol. I have varied brands. Sometimes, on songs with fast paced bass, the bass will lag behind a little. My friend's doesn't do this, and he has less power, but it seems like it's louder. Would it help if i got all Dual brand stuff?
