A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each
other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day,
he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight.
Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper,
"Please wake me at 5:00 AM." He left it where he knew she would find it.
The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM
and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go and
see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by
the bed. The paper said, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."
Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

Why does so much sympathy go towards the alcoholics? I have watched my father deteriorate for years...where is my help? My heart is broken... I know that there are groups and such and I am a member but I get angry,,,,,Why am I part of the "ill" when I did nothing wrong?...I am adult taking care of a child!

A 5 year old girl walks in on her parents having sex. She asks her mother why shes sitting on top of daddy and bouncing. The mom says that she does it to flatten daddy's fat stomach out. it seems to me that since our present political system is controlled by politics within the belt way it certaintly makes sense to find a canidate from out side and show our present politicians we want america and our people first,and I don't mean our rich oil conglormates or corporate swindlers, (the people) s third party could turn things around and listen to the people instead of taking away their money for their own interst and our freedom,so it will be entirely up to the people to choose or if they are so ignornant they think the next dem or rep will be different, this would be a good forum to use to get a grass roots organization started, or support some independant party which can't be any worse than what we have. folks if you really are concerned that we came in , i 6th place this year in technolgy, we were 1st and so many other areas where we have grown weak in because of our weak and selfish political system, America should be leading the world not the underdog, PLEASE

If u don't call for a few days, its because u dumped them, if u dont respond to their e-mails quick enough its because ur shallow, self centered etc.

Most say I am attractive and most men say they KNOW I am a good woman, but nothing permanent ever manifests. What is wrong with me? Even the guy that I was dating a couple of months back said he wishes we could have made it because I am such a good woman. Yet he is choosing to marry someone else. I used to be a Republican, I believe in their message but under Bush and this Republican ruled Congress I see what they so is not the same as what they preach. My question is this, lately you hear alot of Republicans switching sides and planning to vote Democrat. You don't hear a big movement with Democrats turning Republican. Doesn't this make you question and investigate why we ex-Republican's jump ship?
