time to have a 'Come to Jesus" talk with her.

sit her down and tell her that you've heard her badmouth you in front of other people. if you hear it again, or if you hear of her doing it behind your back----you'll have her job.

come on---you're a doctor! all you have to do is raise a stink to the director of nursing. you'll get this nurse transferred to another department or you'll get her fired. which is fine if she's stirring up undeserved crap about you.

be tough.

First of all, if she's a RN she's not a flunky. Second, I find it hard to believe that someone with such terrible grammar made it through graduate school. Third, if there is an issue talk to her union rep and ask for mediation. The age old doctor/nurse battle can be nasty. Going to her union rep and having informal mediation is going to be the best way to approach it without turning the other nurses against you or have her file a complaint against you.

Send a discreet email to Nursing Administration about this employee. Surely she's doing this in front of so many people, she won't know who told on her.

I think you should ask her why she is upset with you. Maybe you accidentally offended her. It is always best to handle things with dignity and out in the open than to do something vindictive. Strengthen your team, or you are only a part of the problem.

Hmmmmmm....This was written by a doctor? Spelling is very poor and grammar is even worse. My advice is take 2 aspirins and call me in the morning.

i'm a woman, yet I grasp out with adult adult males and that i do no longer in all probability understand ladies the two. It annoys me maximum while adult adult males say they do no longer pick a woman with drama or maybe if then are thoroughly blind and date the bitches with drama. Then, they go on like all ladies are like that and we are so complicated while he truly basically picked out the worst one baca use she's warm.

Show her how stupid she is. That's how i deal with dumb people. She's welcome to be a jerk, but if you're smarter than she is, you'll have no problem outwitting her. After being put in her place enough, she'll only say bad things behind your back.

You're a doctor... be mature, responsible, and don't get dragged down into the muck... Yeah, it's pretty much that simple.

Hey Flunk Her--- Ha Ha Ha

No really she is just a hater.

Next time tell her--"that's right" or "I know" and then give her a big smile
