In my opinion I think I would be HPV. HPV causes cancer and warts. 4,000 women die a year from cervical cancer. And, for the ones who catch it in time, most have to have a hysterectomy! At least you still live, but now you can never have a baby. Not only is that physically damaging it's also emotionally damaging.

I had cervical cancer when I was just 17 years old! Luckily I had caught it in time and didn't have to have a hysterectomy.

Worst is a matter of opinion. HPV is certainly the most frequent and hardest to detect. Nut if it does not resolve itself (and most do) then it can lead down the road to cervical cancer and is the leading cause of that disease.

Syphilis and Gonorrhea while not as common can also be deadly and are more likely to cause short term damage.

Sex outside of marriage is not recommended but if it is to be, unprotected sex carries a high risk.

Depends on the std if left untreated syphilis can lead to brain degeneration and abscesses (this is what killed AL Capone...)

HPV can lead to cervical cancer and death if not caught

Gonorrhea can lead to sterilization. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease peritonitis and even death if untreated.

This is just a start.

Obviously HIV is the worst. But another bad one is HPV (genital warts). It's the number one cause of cervical cancer.
