I'm a curious insomniac :) I know that warm milk is a natural sleep aid because of trytophans. Does skim milk or low-fat milk work just as well?

I had a fair skin..on going out for a trip..i started darkening and now that i have crossed 30yrs ..the sink seems to not gain colour. Its tanned and dark. How can i make it fair again in less time..

I was in the reserves and I got an other than honorable discharge. Now that I look back I think the biggest reason that I couldn't stay in was because of emotional problems caused by a situation that happened at bootcamp. I wasn't even thinking about that at the time of my discharge because I blocked it all out.

ok, now im the type of person that has lots and lots of trouble trying to sleep, even when its 2:00 am in the morning, im still active. what type of music makes you sleepy? i would like to know so i can put it in my ipod and make me sleep.

I am European and Black. I have an IQ of over 170 and I possess the physique of a God. My blood lines have not touched for millenniums so my immune system is superior to you hemophiliactic pure bloods. This does not just go for me. I know many people have the whole, "i'm into a guy who has a gf" drama, but mine is different.. so many factors. This guy drives me wild. He has a gif of 3 years off and on and he says he likes me but he doesn't know what to do. His favorite thing to say is, "I don't know what to say." it's so annoying, but i can't help but want to be with him. He's liked me for atleast the last three months, and whenever i stop caring about him he does little things that just make me think. What type of guy brings all of his friends to your house, but not his girlfriend. He is shy about how he feels, i asked him, "why do u look at me like you're so in love with me but afraid to do anything about it." and he had nothing to say, he just looked into my eyes lovingly and never answered. i'm so confused. He's never done anything with me i'd say is disrespectful toward his girl. but is he just keeping me around in case things flop with his girl? I mean he's had plenty of chances is it ever going anywhere

my ipod video when pluged in, says do not dissconnect, and none of the isoftware that came with it, i cant even format it, i want it resetted, back to factory, when im listing to it, i start a play list it jumps to each of the songe, and make no attempt to play it, its frustrating. does anyone know what the button combo is for factory reset?
