I know many people have the whole, "i'm into a guy who has a gf" drama, but mine is different.. so many factors. This guy drives me wild. He has a gif of 3 years off and on and he says he likes me but he doesn't know what to do. His favorite thing to say is, "I don't know what to say." it's so annoying, but i can't help but want to be with him. He's liked me for atleast the last three months, and whenever i stop caring about him he does little things that just make me think. What type of guy brings all of his friends to your house, but not his girlfriend. He is shy about how he feels, i asked him, "why do u look at me like you're so in love with me but afraid to do anything about it." and he had nothing to say, he just looked into my eyes lovingly and never answered. i'm so confused. He's never done anything with me i'd say is disrespectful toward his girl. but is he just keeping me around in case things flop with his girl? I mean he's had plenty of chances is it ever going anywhere

What ever you do - do NOT get involved with him as long as hes in a relationship. Things with his girl may be up in the air and he may see you as something new and exciting... which is why he keeps giving you these signs...
Im sure he probably does like you, but nothing good can come of this situation while he is attached. Even if he does break up with his gf theres still that "rebound" period where its unlikely a relationship with him would develop into anything substantial.
And think of his poor gf. Imagine yourself in her shoes.
My advice is be patient... see what action he takes. If he really does like you he will do the right thing and end it with the gf. And if he doesnt, well then you know where you stand.

well, i'm more or less in the same situation too. there's this guy who keeps flirting around me and is always nice and has good sense of humor he has a gf too but i try my best to keep things the same between us, just being friendly with each other because his girlfriend is a very nice girl and i don't wanna ruin their relationship. though i really like him i strive to just remain friends with him, you can try by keeping a liitle distance between the two of you until he's ready to leave his girlfriend and be with you.

#1 he already has a girlfriend
#2 he doesn't understand what committment is - that is obvious
#3 he is not mature enough to take a stand and seems to really enjoy the game of "string the girl along"

#4 why do you want a loser like that?

Hmm..that's tricky. It's really hard to tell what he is thinking. But I can say that maybe it's not you he is holding onto. Maybe he is holding onto his girlfreind and still looking around you know? In that case he needs to figure out what he wants and stop stringing someone along.

NEVER NEVER NEVER
have a romance at work.
It will mess up the job and you will be miserable. Probably have to quit and find a new job. I have seen it at least twenty five times where I work and it always turns out bad.

Forget it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEJPLAYING GAMES WITH YOU AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE
HIM ALONG, HE HAS GIRLFRIEND FOR 3 YEARS AND HE
STILL IN YOUR FACE. YOU TALK ABOUT DISRESPECT.
AND THE FACT THAT YOU ARE STILL WANT TO BE WITH
HIM DOES NOT SAY MUCH ABOUT YOU. BECAUSE SORRY
TO SAY IF HE DOES NOT RESPECT HER THEN WHY
DO YOU THINK HE GOING TO TREAT YOU ANY BETTER.

leave it alone. If he leaves her and gets with you, he will run back to her eventually. You will just get hurt
