ok i reali like this guy for a long time now but... i dont know if he likes me or not, and u reali want him to ask you out but he doesnt and he also flirts with other girls.So wuld i have to ask him out even thought i dont know he likes me ??

Maybe you should hold off on the asking him out part for now and just try to hang out with him more and more in a casual friendly way. Maybe he'll end up asking you out that way. More importantly you can figure out better whether he likes you or not. If you think he does after a while, then ask him out. You have to take chances in life.

No, he will ask you when he wants to go out with you. If he does not, then he is not interested in you.
