Most say I am attractive and most men say they KNOW I am a good woman, but nothing permanent ever manifests. What is wrong with me? Even the guy that I was dating a couple of months back said he wishes we could have made it because I am such a good woman. Yet he is choosing to marry someone else. Men seem to wanna have sex and I don't allow them to. IS that it? Or what is wrong? I get compliments, what is WRONG?

Some are asking, it was my big "40th". I have been married, but lost my husband a few years ago.

YES, I am caring, loving, sweet...some say I am too sweet and caring!
I am very mature. Most think I am older because of my maturity level.

I am adding these details because of the answers I am getting.

Aww! Don't worry too much about it. You're awesome, and some time soon a guy will come along who sees that. There's someone out there for you. As the saying goes, love comes when you least expect it. So just enjoy yourself and put your mind on other things you love, and everything will fall into place.

Best of luck! And don't waste too much time trying to figure out guys, they're just too tricky, lol :).

Well.....men do of course enjoy sex and MOST will give up on a relationship if you do not have sex with them. Or maybe you show them a sign that you don't want anything serious. Are you really pretty and intelligent, but are on the immature side. I'm not trying to be rude. I don't know you, but it's something to think about.

What do you mean by "big" birthday - you are old enough to vote or drink or collect social security or what?

Don't worry about it. Just keep being yourself and sooner or later a good man will come along that will be a good match.

I have a cousin who found a wonderful man through eharmony, corny and desparate as that sounds.

Nothing is wrong. Just keep being you and the right one will come along when you least expect it. Don't be so harsh on yourself. Take care and smile!

Maybe it IS something you're not doing. Are you caring? loving? Sex might be VERY important to some and even to most... But what about the rest?

BTW, happy birthday! :)

There is nothing wrong with you--it's them! Don't be too hard on yourself. In time, you will meet someone--a nice guy, when you least expect it. It has happened to me.
