Go to Control Panel, open Sounds and Audio Devices, click "Voice" tab, you'll suppose to see a Test hardware for Voice Playback and voice recording.
Or go to Accessories-Entertainment in the Program menu and open Sound Recorder. Record your voice then play it. If you cannot hear your voice when you play it, then there's no built-in microphone.

Check in your manual or check in the features list given by the manufacturer. No manufacturer will leave the information unspecified if they have some features added to their product.

You can check your help icon and seach for a microphone.
You can "search" for microphone.
You can go to your Control Panel and look for a folder called Sounds and Audio Devices.
