Can anyone help me with this computer problem? Okay, last winter I added memory to my 2000 Dell laptop because it got intolerably slow. Things were better than ever. A few months went by, and I started getting a message in the bottom right of the toolbar- "windows paging memory file; virtual memory is low" or something along those lines. I ignored it, and everything was still great. Up until suddenly last night. I left the computer on that night, which I don't usually do- when I saw it this morning, the screen was still on the "DELL" opening screen. what the hell? I had left on a web page. Naturally I try to restart it (manually, the only way). After it goes to the dell screen it launches into, you guessed it, the DOS screen and a message says "Operating System not found".so I press ctrl alt del and it takes me back to the blue dell opening screen and I press f2 for setup- it says I have 0 mb of "_cache memory"Everything else has a non-zero value , for all the other types of memory.

i dont know why people cant smoke tobacco like cigarettes or cigars in a classroom. lets say they are in college, and they want to smoke and they cant. but some people who chew tobacco can chew anytime they want cause theres no smell or smoke. why cant people just sit in class with a pen, notebook, and books while smoking? whats wrong with that? explain to me somebody, best answer gets a 10. good luck!

I'm due Sept, 21st and celebrating my birthday on Halloween and want to look my best in my costume which will be alittle revealing. now we all know that "blue" is a color, correct? But we also know that many singers, notably African American, have sung the "blues" as a form of music. But as we know this sense of the word "blue" as in "I'm feeling blue" means to feel sad, lonely, depressed. and the "blues", if we return to the colloquial black idiom, was a state of sadness...
How did this sense of the word "blue" or "blues" i.e. sad, originate?? and in what way, if any, is it linked to the color blue?

I am a single mother my kids are 9 and 5. I think they tell me only what they think I want to hear about being kids of divorce so I am looking for some kids whose parents are divorced to get real with me. Do you wish you could not be bounced back and forth? Do you wish you had more choices? More stability? Aside from your parents being together- what would make you happiest with a custody arrangement? What do you like? What don't you like? I am asking because I want to do the right thing for my kids, my judgement my be clouded by what I want (which is to never give them up) but thats natural. Someone please tell me how you really feel out there!!!

We broke up June 3 of this year.. Because i ended up having to move like 1 hr away.. I was at my sisters when he broke up with me.. Well in July he stopped me cause he seen me ...and gave me his new cellphone number and wanted mine.. Now he calls me alot..and i dont know how to tell him how i feel... I mean I didnt have a car and he didnt soo we wouldnt have no way to see each other..and now i do...and he does to..

I'm scared to call him and tell him how i feel and ask him if he thinks it'll work out...I also talked to him on the phone tonight and he was telling me that he was single now then he got quite like he wanted to say something but didnt know how to say it....

it seems to me that the term Muslim extremist, muslim terrorist is making a lot of people distrust and hate all Muslims, and group them all as evil. Since only a small percentage of Muslims are also terrorists, why don't we just call them terrorists or terrorists from the middle east.

It seems like using this type of term creates a lot of hatred towards all Muslims. And most Muslims I've met feel that terrorism is wrong.
