Solid white male with one brown eye and one blue eye, he is still a puppy but large. He kind of looks to have some german shepard in him, not very short hair but not fluffy either. very smart, deep bard, ears stand sraight up.

He might be a white German Shepherd/Siberian Husky cross. It's hard to tell without a picture.
German Shepherds have large, upright ears, a sickle shaped tail, deep chest, weigh around 70-90 lbs, tend to be smart, have a deep bark, and can come in the traditional brown/black, or they can come in white. Siberian Huskies have medium length fur, a curly tail, upright smaller ears, and can have two different colored eyes. They tend to be somewhat smaller than German Shepherds. If you posted a link to a picture, I'd be able to tell you with more accuracy.

He might be a mix, could be a mixture of several different dogs. Get a dog book and monitor what he looks like as he grows up. Look at several different breeds of dog you may have to combine the features to figure out what breed it is. Sounds like it might a mix of German Shepard, and Golden Retreiver.

There are literally TONS of dog breeds. You'd honestly need a pic for anyone to have any real chance of answering and being right about what breed you have.
