Theres is an actual product you can buy at a beauty store to remove hairdye from the skin. Its inexpensive but I find shampoo or soap and some scrubbing to work just the same.

Go 2 Sallys Beauty Supply & get color (stain) remover for skin. Nothing else is gonna take it off. All u'll do is rub ur skin raw trying.

if you just got the dye on your skin, then use a warm washcloth or towel and scrub it off. otherwise, put some lotion on a tissue, and rub that into the spot. then exfoliate the area with a face scrub and rinse off with warm water.

Cuticle remover.
It sounds silly, but it has been the saving grace to get all the stray bits of color off the parts where color was not meant to be. Tricky to find sometimes, but worth the search.

Just wash the area really hard when you shower for a couple days. It will take awhile, but it should come off eventually.
