While my wife's sister was staying with us she walked in on me masterbating. I didn't know she was home. It was MORTIFYING!!! I was laying on my back buck naked and really going at it. She scurried out and we didn't say anything about it.

Should I tell my wife?

I worked in an orange factory, here in florida, and I have some paid vacation in 2 weeks.

I would like to go to mexico to visit my family but I am too scared to be picked up by the border patrol on my way to mexico.

do you think I should go to CA instead with my wife and my 3 kids???and should I ask my parents to come to rejoin me, illegaly of course

I started by eating less & healthy...I am trying to be more active as I haven't been since I was 14 so I am taking it slow...
monday night I did about 20 squats and arm circles (yea I am starting small) and from the time I woke up tuesday morning until now wednesday afternoon my right upper thigh is killing me it really hurts every time I walk up stairs or even just walk I mean the pain isn't intolerable but I wanted to know is this normal should I continue with the squats even though I might cry or should I wait until the pain subsides.

A male friend of ours daughter stated that (A) she is bipolar (B) depressed (C) attempted hanging herself. She stated that she went to the basement and hung herself. A male friend of hers walked into her home and when he did not find her on the two main floors of the home, he went to the basement found her and cut her down. Need of no medical attention! I find this most difficult to believe. If she heard him upstairs and when he was walking downstairs she leaped would he be able to save her then either? But "hanging" how long can one hang prior to death. I always thought it was nearly immediately. Please anyone with sincere knowledge answer. And thanks

My hair has a lot of damage done to it. I went about a year with out a haircut and I damaged it a little while back trying to get it blonde. Well I have had a cut since then and I have tried an at home conditioning treatment (Dove) and it still looks rough. I can not cut these out, some of them go up pretty high, my hair has layers in it, so the splits are in layers. Also, I put highlights in my hair, so that's why some of the splits on the top of my head go up pretty high. I use a straitening iron to smooth it out a little but it still looks frizzy. So anyways, I just want to know what a good at home treatment is that will help my splits. I already know now how to prevent them; I just want to help what I have already done. Thank you!

i have a microwave which does not have convection cooking, it has grill. whenever i have tried to bakr a cake in it, it falls as soon as the microwave stops. I tried the recipe in the book which said bake on 100% micro power for 5 min. It rises well but after 5 min are over, above story happens. H"ow to keep cake risen like in convection
