Right click my computer

choose properties

select the hardware tab

click device manager

Find your sound card under the sound, video and game controllers menu.

If this is an off the shelf computer you can go to the manufacturers web site and look up the model. The audio drivers will likely be there to download.

If its not you will have to open your computer and look. If it is a separate sound card the name will be on it. If its built on to the motherboard you will have to look for the manufacturer name and model number and trace the sound card through there. The motherboard manufacturer will likely have drivers on their site as well.
