that sucks man... but I unless your wife is aware that you masturbate, just let the subject come up by its self. All you have to do is act shy and like you are a little puppy that got caught peeing on the carpet, when you act this way, the woman usually thinks it more cute than nasty and will want to encourage you not o be embarrassed because its natural. this is the best advise I can give you... oh and also don't be ashamed that you whack it man... we all do it and its not until we make out women fully aware that we do it and we are not ashamed of it that it will become more accepted in marriages.

Yes, its nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone masturbates, but wouldn't your wife rather hear it from you than her. If she hears it from her sister, that could create a trush issue. Just tell her, get the embarrassment out of the way. You will feel better in the long run.

Does your wife know that you've been masterbating? If she knows and accepts it by all means tell her. Some woman's egos are very fragile so if she doesn't know that you are don't say anything as she may feel that she isn't adaqute for your needs

Yes tell your wife that it was a mistake that her sister saw what she did.Secrets can only make this situation worse.Or worse case your sister-in-law may have already told your wife and your wife maybe waiting on you to tell her yourself.
