As we get older, we learn so much about our selves, about others, and the world in general. I often wish I could visit my 18-yr-old self, and give her tips and advice that would have saved me from so much hurt and sadness, such as having self-esteem and strong self-belief; an understanding that those who are capable of hurting you are not worthy to be in your life; that the stronger you are - whilst remaining a caring person - the greater the chance of being treated well by other; that you should love and understand yourself first and foremost, before others can love you. I'd love to hear from other women - and perhaps men! - who have life-tips they wish they could impart to those who have yet to live their lives...

We "sin" because we're "disobedient to the will of God"? And who gave us the power to disobey? Omniscient God, all-knowing, all-seeing, the God who knew whether we would disobey or not before He created Adam?

And if he hates disobedience so much that he'd promise to throw the disobedient into the lake of fire and brimstone (Rev 21:8), and has promised the obedient an eternity of worshipping Him directly in heaven, why did he create Adam with the power to disobey?

If He wanted an eternity of worship from obedient creatures (which he created specifically for this purpose), why permit disobedience?

Drfoot asked....Who believes that man actually walked on the moon or who thinks it was one big hoax.?

For those who believe man did walk on the moon.....why has there not been a progression of other countries following. Trying to have the fastest space shuttle, proving who has the best technology etc, etc.

Personally, i think it was an hoax. The lighting, shadows, windows, movement slowdown, non gravity waving flag etc etc leaves a lot to be desired.

What do you think???

Have you ever "stolen" an illicit kiss from someone who wasn't in the least expecting it from you? And, if so, what was that person's reaction to the kiss and was there any "fallout" involved with what happened? Also, have you ever been on the receiving end of such a kiss? Oh, and when I say "stolen", I am talkin' about the kinda kiss you - or the person on the receiving end of the kiss - isn't really free ( usually because of one or the other's involvement in another relationship ) to give or accept, whichever the case may be.
