I would say there's no truth to that statement.
I consider myself to be "pretty" or "cute". My b/f is good-looking. We are a very happy couple, with nothing for respect/faithfullness for one another.

I think that people who consider themselves attractive, and get positive feedback from others will have the kind of inner self worth and confidence that they won't be as tolerant of poor relationship issues as they know they can begin a new relationsip soon enough anyway. I think if the two people in the relationship could be deemed of equal attractiveness, then there is likely to be more of a balanced power relationship going on, which is why most people do settle with someone of similar attractiveness.

No this not true. It depends upon how they are brought up and environment around them. Parents play an important role in brought up of a child. Parents who keep a watch on their children and keep them disciplined are rewarded. However this is not a rule. By talking to the concerned person you can have good idea about his personality. However, do not be emotional.

Not at all. Bad people make bad spouses regardless of attractiveness. I've known many good looking people that were fantastic to their spouse and ugly people that were horrible......and vice verse.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so that would nullify your question. Someone ugly to you may be attractive to me so now what? Marriage is simply what "you" make it.

as it goods as a rule and old time saying looks don't matter but if you go to the mall or where a lot of peeps go and look at the mother and daddy's, and that are really good looking then the kids are ugly as all get out.... it just something about it maybe god is laughing and thinking its funny. . but if one really good looking and one really ugly have a kid the kid is really good looking and smart..
