see a dermatologist
they have medication that will help treat it, however u have to make sure you do use it as prescribed and not less because (obviously) to problem wont go away that way.
the medication that someone i know got for theirs has them sitting in the sun for about 10-15 mins to get the 'colour' back
in the meantime theres always makeup? :D
hope it all works out good
cheers

I have it too. It can be linked with an underactive thyroid. Perhaps you should get yours checked. I just ignore mine and don't worry about it. I saw a ***** with it last year. That's when it really shows. When I get a suntan; it makes my vitilligo show more.

According to the book I read on systemic yeast syndrome (a possible cause), oregano oil taken internally (powerfully smelly) will help. I have just started on it, myself, so e-mail me if you want more info - like the name of the book, etc.
For basic information on the systemic yeast syndrome, check out the link on the Welcome page of www.hufa.org.
