I had a baby almost 2 years ago and when I got pregnant I weighed about 130lbs. I now weigh 190lbs and I need to take off the 50lbs in 3 months for a wedding. I just joined a gym and I would like some advice on what kinds of exercises/machines I should be doing to acheive the most results in a 3 month period. Also, what are some of the best foods to eat while dieting?

I want to get that sunblock because it is water and sweatproof and is a good because it's a physical block that shields the skin from uva, I'm not sure where to get the opaque white kind for the face that you put on your nose and ears.

100 people have been assigned seats for a lecture. There are exactly 100 seats in the room. However, the first person to enter the room has lost his seat assignment and randomly chooses a chair to sit in. The rest of the 99 people walk in one at a time and sit in their assigned seat if possible, or if someone is already in their seat they randomly choose one of the empty ones.

What is the probability that the last person to enter to room will sit in his assigned seat? And what is the answer if there are 1000 people and 1000 seats?

I have been with my fiancee for seven years total. We are supposed to be married in a couple of months. While she is a good woman who has been with me through up and down, I am afraid of getting married. Early in our relationship she had some problems dealing with people in her past her were bad to her. I helped her work through it but a lot was taken out on me. I never left her because I saw the good. We are doing fine but some of the early spark for me in the relationship left after only a few months. While she is my best friend and I love her and I do not want to hurt her, I am afraid of getting married and feel a lack of a spark towards her. I like being around her but am not extacticly happy most of the time. I never dated much prior to her and do not know if this is something that you normally feel after several years or if this is a major problem. I am usually a romantic but just do not feel that way toward her. She is gung ho on the wedding but I am hesistant. Help.

My (x) friend got into the reg.edit program to "play" and my computer crashed. Now it says I must activate windows before I log on. Microsoft willl charge me 25 dollars for that service. Will it restore my computer? Dell told me to back up 21/2 years of research into someone elses computer then they can factory restore. Willl it restore if"CORRUPTED"? If not Dell is being very frivolous with my money and time.But asking someone if you can put your entire computer onto their computer is comperable to using a strangers toothbrush, or as sick and wrong as wearing your roommates dirty underwear! Help, computer was expensive, reasearch in computer, priceless!!! NO I DID NOT BACK ANYTHING UP, STILL NEW TO COMPUTERS, STILL STUPID
