am in usa.I want to invest in india in proerty .How do i get loan from usa banks for investment in indian prperty.Or is there any venture capital would like to invest in india?What are legal and physical aspect?India has huge potential for growth.I need some sort of alliance here .In usa there are 2.5 millian indians.Almost everyone would be interested in investment in india.But they do not know how to get finance in usa nad hold property in india.Does us treasury department allow such investment by us bank?Or any private institution who would be interested ?I do have expeience in developing propert in india for over 14 years.

Its not what it sounds like lol, think of movie titles and substitute the word boob, boobs or boobies as one of the words in the title. Im bored so humor me and thought it might be interesting to see others responses, I 'll give a few just for an example

I plan to be single by the end of the weekend, hopefully by the end of the night! My bf of 2 yrs. has been getting on my damn nerves for a while now. I am stressed and need to end this relationship in order to restore peace within myself. I love him but I love myself more.

Lately every time he comes around me I can feel my pressure go up. I'm no longer comfortable around him because I have to keep myself from going off on him. When we go out, 9 times out of 10 he shows his A-S-S. I have a very professional and low-key reputation which he jeopardizes since he likes to "start ****" in public. (You are the company you keep) He likes to get an attitude when I socialize with a business connect or anybody of the opposite sex, yet he laughs and jokes with other women.

My friends or family don't like him whatsoever. I've had enough of his lies, cheating, jealousy, and arguments.

I want to dump him with the rest of the trash. Any suggestions???

For women, I think we are more emotional involve but are men feel the same? Everytime , I see the guy I am dating, we having sex 3-4 times a day but always in the same place , same positions. Both of us always had great time/satisfied.. I prefer to do it some places else or different style sometimes but no complaining.. my question for guys -- are you guys satisfied with same place same positions -anytime you want, as many time as you want ..or would you get bored eventually? This might sound silly but have you guys even tired of sex- is it become routine?

Ok. I am in high school and it's summer. I've been going out with this wonderful guy. Over the summer we've had some problems, but we worked them out. A few weeks later I opened my cell phone to discover I had a voice message. My boyfriend said:

"___ I'm sorry but I don't want to go out with you anymore. Things are just getting complicated. Don't call me. I still want to be friends. Just don't call. I'm sorry. Bye"

We only had less than 2 weeks till school left! And we've been talking more on the phone so we were close. I had him over my house a week ago and I was going to ask him to come over this week, and to go to the movies. My friend says to do what he told me to do. Not call him. Then I'll talk to him when school starts up again. But I really don't know how to get through this. What should I do? Should I talk to him? When should I talk to him? What should I say to him? Help me please! I've already had a natsy break up before and I want to get through this one easily!

I want to know of anyone who knows a person who believes that she is "chosen by God" to be a prophet, and to be a minister. This is someone who knows God's will and stops at nothing to convince others of her special powers from God. She "talks" to God daily and he leads her toward fulfilling her destiny- the overthrow of an established Church. She is a master manipulator and pathological liar. She uses those around her to fulfill her needs, and then discards them when their usefulness is over.
She has the ability to deceive those with a pure heart. She is a master of deception. Her presentation is always in "God speak".
I can't help but to think that this behavior comes from either a sick or an evil mind, or both.

There is no first minimum deposit amount required (can be any amount), but does the amount first deposited affect the interest or anything? Even if I deposit higher amounts after the initial deposit? Say if i first deposit $50 and then my further deposits vary (maybe up to $500). So should I try to deposit a large amount of money first? Or does it matter?
I'd prefer answers from people who work with savings accounts or have experience with ING or similar. Thanks.
