Not that I would use it for defraging, but what is a "speed disk" on drive D? Drive D is my system recovery!

"Speed Disk" is a term used to describe a defragmentation utility within Norton Systemworks. It works basically the same as a Windows defragger. You can read about Systemworks at the below link.
