I have read that because of poor quality of food and air these days we are better off taking vitamin and food supplements. How do you chose what to take, how do you know how they react with each other or cancel each other out, etc. It seems like a minefield - and I expect taking too many supplements is worse than taking none.

im in my late teens and have really broad shoulders. im a little overweight but i am currently starving myself and doing a lot of exercises to lose weight. are there any exercises i can do to make my shoulders narrower, cause im really into fashion and would LOVE to wear all the beautiful clothes out there.

See, when I try to bake one, the chopped apples always end up coming out too hard, not softly cooked. I can't leave it in the oven for longer because the crumble topping is already golden crisp and if I leave it any longer it will burn... Do you expert homemakers have any suggestions?

did ask this girl out who told me that was seeing someone. She claimed that I was too slow in asking her out. Anyways, it turns out that she broke up her boyfriend. She called me that it just occured. I have a feeling that there is room for me. I still have my doubts as to whether to go for it or not. Note: she thinks I have a girlfriend but I really don't I feel like she's want to date me now bcos she just broke the old relationship. someone in my neighbor has a sniffer and is watching all that is going on on my network. I know I could secure it but I let alot of the local college kids use it and with them coming and going I didn't want to have to issue passwords. I this person actually told me he is watch all the activity on my network with his sniffer and high powered antenna.

Thanks to every-one who sent me ideas on how to avoid losing my arms to kitten savagery.....no joke.
I think I may have found the solution.....every time he launches an attack I stare and hiss at him really loudly and in quite a fierce way,a few days on and he does seem to be getting the message.
I know it's not a question but thought it might be helpful to any-one in the same situation.
