Personally i would speak to her and ask if everything was ok and what is the reason for her falling asleep at work. See if you can maybe help with anything that is worrying her and keeping her up at night causing her to do this, If there is nothing and no excuse i would let the boss know as its not fair on you or the other employees who are doing her work!!

Ask her what the problem is and help her resolve it. Chances are, because you do the work anyway and don't complain she knows she can take advantage of you.

If trying to resolve the problem does not help, warn her you will have no option but to tell your employer. If that doesn't work, tell your boss by all means; if none of this work then she obviously doesn't need the job and maybe the company could get someone else to do her job.

You should bring it to her attention. She may have a serious sleep disorder, or she may just not be getting enough at night. In either case, she needs to know it is causing a problem. Wake her up every time she does this, and tell her you are concerned about her. This way she gets the point, and it doesn't come across in a negative way. If she continues to do it, speak to your supervisor for advice.

I had the same problem-only it was a man-go and try to wake him/her up and explain about all the work needing done-if that does not help take your ruler and go poke him in the side until he/she gets so annoyed at you that they are now awake-what are they gonna do go? tell the boss you woke them up? I dont think so-but warning-this makes the sleepy person hate you.....
