Apart from your period, take a look at these symptoms:
1) Morning Sickness
This lovely affliction affects many pregnant women, but by no means all. It's estimated that only 50% of women will experience morning sickness.
It is not very well named either. Any variation of sickness is applicable. Some women are sick only in the night, some are sick all day, other women it comes and goes with its own pattern. There is also a difference in whether it's merely a queasy feeling or actual vomiting.
Some women will actually have a severe form of morning sickness called hyperemesis gravidarum. This can lead to dehydration and other problems.
2) Breast Soreness
Ouch! Don't touch that! Breast tenderness is experienced by many women, both during pregnancy and prior to their periods. This usually goes away during the second trimester, or it may be experienced as a heighten sensitivity. his can be a good thing for some women. Or you can do what I did: poke your breasts so often to check for tenderness that you can't decide if you caused the tenderness or not.
3) Headaches
Headaches are more common in pregnancy due to the changes in hormones. This may be a pregnancy symptom, but it is not necessarily a pregnancy sign. There are many things that could cause this, including stress.
4) Bloating
Some women do begin to bloat nearly immediately. Again, this is a symptom of pregnancy, but not necessarily a sign. There are also women who will have bloating prior to a period.
5) Vaginal Discharge
Vaginal discharge, without itching or burning, may be a sign of pregnancy. The cervix is building your mucous plug to block the opening of the cervix to help protect your baby from infections, etc. You might notice a slight increase in vaginal secretions. Again, it's shouldn't smell, burn or itch. These would be signs of infection that would require proper medical treatment.
6) Sorting it all out
As I said before some women will sail through pregnancy with never a problem, while others seem to have it all. There are many things you can do to ease these symptoms of early pregnancy (and the later ones too!). Most of these will disappear by the early portion of your second trimester. The only time you should be concerned about disappearing symptoms is when they suddenly stop before the 10th week of pregnancy. This may be nothing, or it could indicate a problem with the pregnancy.

As you are thinking about it often then this may be a valid reason why your period is late, stress often pushes out a normal cycle. The being sick on the otherhand is a sure sign of pregnancy but could also be down to the stress if you are working yourself up with worry.
My best advice is go along to your local family planning meeting or clinic and have a pregnancy test done, on the outcome of the test you will then have someone there who you can talk things through with.
Try not to worry (although it is easy for me to say), get along to the clinic or buy a test and go from there. Good luck!
And as long as you have a loving boyfriend and good support network around you then anything is possible x

Whether you are pregnant or not, it's apparent that you need some sound advice regarding sexual health and contraception. You can get this free and confidentially. I would suggest that you confide in a trustworthy adult- parent or teacher. You could also try
http://www.brook.org.uk/content/
for some advice and information. You have made a mistake, this could be for many reasons, misinformation or ignorance. You need to speak to somebody who can give you information about sexual matters and methods of birth control. You can also see any doctor confidentially who can test you for pregnancy and advise you further. For your own sake do this as soon as possible, if you need moral support take a friend. Whatever you do next you need information before you can make any informed choice concerning your health and well being.
I would suggest that you stop having sex until you get some help.
If you really must- use your head, use a condom

Have you had sex with a condom. If you did sometimes condoms are faulty. If you dont take birth control you could be if you've had sex. If your not pregnant It could be the flu. Your boyfriend is not going to like it. So what Id do is forget about telling anyone tell I know for sure. If you know now and have bought a pregnancy test. I would either get the morning after pill or have the baby and give it up for adoption. There are alot of women who would love to have children and cant people like you could give them a chance of what they could of had.

THIS IS A HARD THING FOR A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL TO FACE , BUT IT'S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD . Whatever you do please don't even think of aborting . If you can not keep the baby , there are agencies that will place it up for adoption . Remember there are hundreds of childless couples who are waiting for a baby . After this you can start over a new life and know you have done the right thing . God will help you abd bless you for doing this .

sweetie, it is quite possible that you are pregnant. to make sure you should do a test. if you are scared to see a doctor then you can either buy 1 from a chemist or go to a public health centre to take 1. i can tell you this much. you are not alone, i fell pregnant at 16, it was terrifying. i had so many mixed emotions but in the end i kept my baby and he is 4 next week. no matter the outcome its up to you what to do no-one else. Dont let anyone, not even your parents or bf force you to do anything you dont want to do, it is your life, your body, your mind. goodluck sweetie.

you should go buy a pregnancy test and schedule a dr appt. I understand what you are going through, this happened to me when I was 16, I now have a wonderful 10 year old daughter. It's hard, but if you are pregnant, you will make it work. Good luck to you.

could be stressing abuot being pregnant that has made it late. sometimes the mind can play tricks and make u think your pregnant (such as throwing up and beng sick) I would wait a few more days and then go get a pregnancy test done just to be sure and then you can make whatever decision u want from there....good luck

Go get a pregnancy test kit and then talk to your parents and your boyfriend.
Have a look at this website.
http://www.williamgladdenfoundation.org/cgi-bin/gx.cgi/AppLogic+FTContentServer?pagename=FaithHighway/10000/3000/901WI/family&gclid=CMWpqq7k5oYCFRZBEAodBDy4sA
If you feel you cannot talk to your parents then go to your GP and quick - he/she maybe able to help you.
Don't mess your life up on this and next time use a condom (if you did this time you are unlucky) or go on the pill.
JUST DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TALK ABOUT THIS!!
