A mechanic was removing the cylinder head from the engine of a Jaguar when he spotted a well-known heart surgeon in his garage.

The surgeon was waiting for the service manager to come and take a look at his car.

The mechanic shouted across the garage, "Hey, Doc, could I ask you a question?"

The surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to the mechanic.

The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked, "So Doc, take a look at this engine. I open its heart, take valves out, fix 'em, put 'em back in, and when I finish, it works just like new. So how come I get such a small salary and you get the really big bucks when you and I are doing basically the same work?"

The surgeon paused, smiled and leaned over, and then whispered to the mechanic, "Try doing it with the engine running."

I really don't get scared Ez, but ever sience i've moved to CA, i've had constaint night mares, i had this really nice china doll in my room and i've never been afraid of her (i have a thing with dolls) but i had to take her out of my room, because i felt creeped out, and i can't move at all once i turn out the light. i don't know what is wrong, when i lived in IDaho, i was fine with all that stuff. im usually not afraid. i jumped off a 15 foot cliff onto rocks (just to impress some guys, it worked, but i couldn't walk on one foot for a week), i do stupid stuff like that all the time, why would i all of a sudded be having nightmears and all that crap? any thing that would help me get over it?....i did loose my cat (that use to sleep with me every night,) on the way to CA, shes at my grandparents now...would that have any thing to do with it?

Im going to be moving into a small one bedroom in a few weeks but the whole place is tile flooring. There is no carpeting at all.(its what I can afford) but anyway I wanted to know some suggestions on rug types and good places to purchase them. Im also going to be having a baby in 2 months and I know this tile is going to be cold so i need some suggestions on rugs that will help with some vinillation. i asked the same question but not enough details added in the previous q, so we have this eye contact bussiness, our eyes lock when we walk across the hallway or anywhere, once he taught my tutorial group, he did nt mak eye contac then, he did not even ask me any question,i have never smiled at him but only looked into his eyes when he looks at me ,until we walk shoulder to shoulder. it does not matter if my friends are around, he will walk towards me and look at me.once i refused to, and he shook his head few times.he said hi to my friend loudly when i did tht.i go to the library everyday in order to see him but he did nt even try to come and find me there.i know he is a doc but if i am willing to come all the way to the library in order to see only once, cant he at least spend 5 minutes there for me.he tried talking to a friend of mine, just hi and bye.once ,i caught him looking at me but he looked away, he was on the phone on tht moment. i m an ordinary looking,he is handsome...

I started being friend with this one particular guy for 5 months now (actually I didnt notice how long till he told me). Eventhough knwing that I'm already atrtached for 2yrs now he keep on giving me hints that he got the feelings for me. He started buying things for me. The thing that he bought are not cheap..it cost $100 and above. We are working in the same workplace meet each other everyday, eating and smoking together. Two days ago he text me saying that he love me. I've already know that this is coming..I dont wanna drag it any further I txt back say that I like him as a friend but do not love him..he txt me back asking me whether do I know that what I've said actually hurts him. and tt do I actually know that how hard he try to be my friend tt he can't take it anymore, he have to tell me the truth.His last txt msg was "I will stop seeing you. I do nt wanna c u anymore & do nt wanna be ur friend". I do not reply coz I do nt know wat to.
