Main thing is to fertilize d egg.
Fertilization needs sperms.
Semen contain sperms.
Semen is ejaculated only on sexual exitement by making unprocted sex.
The way of doing all these activities is called Intercourse.
Intercourse is done by inserting ur Bf"s or Husbands penis into ur vagina.
After that u need patience for about 9 months to deliver a child.
It has to be done like this only.
Otherwise u will not get pregnant.
Bt don't do this activity unless until u r married.
Hence, Intercourse also called Copulation can only make girls Pregnant!

A girl becomes pregnant when a guy's sperm successfully fuses with an ovum (egg) and then the fertilized egg imbeds itself in the womb lining to develop.
This can only happen if the female happens to be ovulating (usually 12-16days after your period ends), if any one of the million sperms that the male ejaculates actually reaches the egg, and even after reaching it, if it can successfully fuse with the egg. Please note also, that sperm can stay alive in the female body for approximately 3 days.
If you are having sex, it would be best to use a condom, not just for pregnancy's sake, but for STD's. Please remember that when you have sex, you are not only having sex with that person, but whomever he has had sex with in the past ten years! Protect yourself.
