I have an Ex who can let go easily from anyone and everything with no problem, She doesn't regret nothing and learns from it. I on the other hand have been raised without friends so letting go of someone is hard when the person is strong, smart, beautiful and just "One in a Trillion" you know? She tells me to leave her alone, But she likes the phase "Find the one who makes your heart smile". She painted this smile I will forever have and she wants to erase it. Am I being selfish?? I know I need to let go. But there's no reason to let go. If to work or do things for yourself is a must in life, Why is it bad to think about yourself when it comes to wanting to be important in someones life when they just all of a sudden don't like you no more? I know the answer ya'll gonna say, Just take it easy on me, Hit me up.

I am a parent.

I cannot understand the fascination with "dressing up" very young girls to make them look older.Then entering said "girls" into a contest against other "young girls".

These beauty pageants are not the same thing as a "beautiful baby" contest.

Surely these pageants must be a Mecca for paedophiles.

I would not let a child of mine anywhere near such activity.Would you?

My 84 year old grandma is sick right now, throwing up, and I don't know what it is. She is taking medication for her heart as usual and that doesn't have any effect. We had fish and chips for dinner, I thought maybe that's whats making her throw up, maybe food posioning, but I had it too. Could it be her weakened immune system....what should I do? I tryed giving her crackers and some 7up but she wont take it. What do you think it is???

If a salesman knocked on your door and asked politely if you have a few minutes to see what he has to offer before he gave a sales pitch, (Question1)how would you react since he politely asked if you had a few minutes to listen to him in the first place?

For me, I politely said, "sure what it is you have to offer?" and actually took my time to decide i wasn't interested. He wasn't pressuring and he was fine with my decision. (Question2)Would you enjoy more salesmen to be like this when they approach your door or would you still prefer to rid them completely?
