i want to cook this confit duck dish, and it says i need goose fat. never even heard anyone use this in their cooking. i live on the gold coast, queensland, australia. know where i can get it? if not what would be a suitable substitute?

i lost 17 pounds by going to the gym but now i have no more time to go and i'm still a little bit overweight, diets don't really work for me since i need a lot of energy to go to school. is there any way i can lose weight and stay fit? btw, is yoga a nice way to exercise?

At what age did your son become interested in looking at pictures of women? Mine is 9 (nearly 10) and he's been cutting out pictures from magazines of women in undies etc. If he was 12, I would say that was totally normal - but this seems young. What do you think.

i was wondering if someone could give me some advice, i hope i can give enough information. I recently started seeing an old bf from 2 years ago, and i thought we were getting along really well and i didnt have any regrets about going out with him again, until this weekend when he said he was goin to come home from the snow on sunday nite and spend time with me cause i have mondays off, but instead he decided to spend more time at the snow and come home tuesday when i start back at work. Am i being to selfish to want to see him some of the weekend or is he being selfish being away for nearly a week at the snow?? why wouldnt someone want to spend some time with thier gf??

I have never understood this. Personally, I couldn't care less about creatures that existed that long ago. On the other hand, I don't have a problem with people who are interested in them and wish to study them, but why must we go so far as to make movies about them and glorify them the way do? My ex-wife has become increasingly stubborn in making the children available to me for the parenting time I have with them. She also still owes me assets that were ordered at Judgment. There are many other "nuisance issues," for instance, she is completely void of any manners over the phone (when calling to speak with the childen) and uses insults and condescension in practically every E-mail message that she sends. Anyone got some suggestions how to deal with this (the major problems, at least) in the legal system?

I'm really really bad at the whole 'flirting with someone I like' thing, and at 26 feel I really should have mastered these basic skills!

Anyway, there's a man I like in my local, who looks at me lots, and last night gave me a nod and kept smiling.... I'm far far too scared to go over to him, but is there something I could do to let him know I like him, (other than going over to him!) so that he will approach me?
