On MySpace.com, how do you change your settings so that you don't get an email message to your personal email everytime you get a message or comment on MySpace?

I have a Yahoo email address, and I'm getting sick of getting emails on Yahoo whenever I get emails on MySpace. I check MySpace enough as it is. It's just annoying.

I am a fourteen year old girl w/ trouble sleeping. School is about to start in 2 days and I've stayed up and it is 9:23am . Ive been like this all summer. Im tryin 2 get myself back on track so I can feel sleepy at night but I am neva tired when it is at night. I mean...that..when electron is excited..it gains energy and moves to higher energy level. I think much Beyonce's sucess is a right place/ right time sort of thing- even though she was still in Destiny's Child when Aaaliyah died. She is talented, but I believe Aaliyah had more star power and was a better example for younger fans. Not mention that she didn't resort to the "westernization of beauty" (look it up) to broaden her audience.. but that's another topic completey.

THIS IS ******* SAD!!I removed a software that I wasn't supposed to remove. It is this sound system that allows your computer to play sounds like music and tones....without it my computer is simply mute...well its something called 3D Audio...its on the bottom right...kinda next to the clock...anyone have any idea how to fix this????
