I was on the contraceptive injection for 2 1/2 years. I had my last one last November and was due again January but didn't have it. I still haven't had a period. Is this normal? I also keep getting REALLY sore breasts and didn't know if this was connected. I'm not pregnant as I have done a test.

My fiance and I had our first her second baby about a month ago. She has started her period about a week ago and it went away 2 days ago. Now today she has noticed that it has came back and she is bleeing very bad. Is that normal for a first period after giving birth or is there something wrong?

I'm 37 years old. I was recently laid off in February 2006. I work in IT. I am currently working however it's on contract. I guess I'm tired of Corporate America's instability. I know the Army isn't going to be easy. I'm just looking for something with job security, training, discipline, and pride. I have an Associate and Bachelor degree both in IT. Am I crazy to take this route?
