My fiance and I had our first her second baby about a month ago. She has started her period about a week ago and it went away 2 days ago. Now today she has noticed that it has came back and she is bleeing very bad. Is that normal for a first period after giving birth or is there something wrong?

Congrats on your new baby! After I had my baby it was exactly like that! After I stopped my postpartum bleeding, two days later I started bleeding again...like flowing! But after eleven days stopped. I was okay. If she's soaking through more than one pad an hour, if she's in pain, if she has a fever or the chills, etc, then you should contact a doctor. If not, she should be okay.

Call her ob doctor to just make sure. But if she just started on birth control it can mess your schedule up at first. Some women also bleed for the first 6 weeks after a baby. I bled for 5 weeks with the first child and then 2 weeks later started. Second kid 3 weeks and now he is 8 weeks and still nothing. So it just depends on your body. But if she is worried call the doctor and be sure it's nothing serious. Good Luck and enjoy your new little one!!

Totally normal - the first one last for 4-6 weeks is caused by the birth, then her normal cycle will kick in to reschedule her body. If she has taken that birth control shot at the hospital after giving birth it may be irregular for about 3 months.

Her menstrual cycle will be off for a while. When she bleeds, is the blood bright red? If so, it's a sign of hemorrhage and you should bring it to the attention of her doctor immediately.

Overexertion can also start the bleeding again. If she is on her feet too much or doing too many things as opposed to resting, it can cause bleeding - which is normal (the body's way of saying "take a break").

She is still healing and it is obvious you care about her. Why not ask the doctor - just to be safe? :-)

Your daughter would blame you whether the divorce replaced into no longer your fault. seem on the appointed place and time and have your ex do a similar. if your daughter sees that the two one in all you're able to get alongside even nevertheless you at the instant are not married, she may well be greater prepared to return around. additionally, you probably did no longer point out this yet does Janea have her very own room at your place? If no longer, she would sense which you haven't any longer have been given room for her. Make a element to call her and ask how she is and tell her which you permit out her. this could take time, yet with a bit of luck it somewhat is going to not at all be long.

Irregular periods are normal after birth. If she is having to change pads more than every hour call the doctor.

My first period after giving birth was very heavy and had lots of clots. I wouldn't be too woried unless she is just soaking the pads in like an hour then I would call the DR.
