i am about 4 years away from opening my own restaurant, but still i constanly think about menu/style/decor of it. but i haven't quite settled on a name yet. i was thinking of "tapenade" and serving tapenade w/toasted ciabbatta bread at every table before the appetizers.......any other great ideas? the menu will be alot of rustic pasta dishes, seafood, salad entrees, open faces sandwiches, and personal sized, specialty pizzas.........remember if i like the one you named i might use it, so don't give away your favorite if you plan to open a restaurant...........thanks
