Nothing wrong in terms of the law since you aren't blood related, but you might want to think it over seriously because it can cause major problems if your family doesn't approve.

Depends. Legally, it's fine, but it might cause unnecesary complications in your family life. Also, keep in mind that if you guys ever do go out, and then you break up, you can't really get away from him.
