yes, those are the day laborers. The Contractors just pick them up as many as they need. I just 6 guys to help me move, and they worked very hard.

they are what people call eupphmestically day laborers. they need not be illegal, they could be legal, chances are a bit slim, but need the moeny to feed their family.
